This New Year's resolution will be shared with you each week. I joined an online baking club, Bake 52. The club entails that we bake once a week for the year 2012. Every member in the group will take turns hosting. This means, on your turn, you choose a recipe, bake it, and post it on your blog. While others bake and post their comments about the recipe on their blog.

my spices clumped, too!! So glad to see I wasn't the only one. Anyone know what to do?? I'm excited to read what people say!!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if you HAVE to stir the spices into the egg mixture or if they can be sprinkled on top??? I guess something to try for next time. I kind of like when it doesn't look perfect though, ya know? It didn't come out of a machine, you made it yourself and I think it looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your crust! I wouldn't worry about the spices, eiither. It looks great!
ReplyDeleteBRAN MUFFINS: So glad you were excited about the recipe and you liked it! I am not sure about the bran question given my limited experience with bran, but I am sure it wouldn't hurt to try. :)
